Referring to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announcement on 17/06/1441H, corresponding to 11/02/2020G to suspend trading the shares of Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. on the Saudi Stock Exchange starting from Tuesday 17/06/1441H, corresponding to 11/02/2020G upon the Company’s request as it will announce a material development. The company announced on 17/06/1441H, corresponding to 11/02/2020G the (material development), and therefore, the Saudi Stock Exchange(Tadawul) has exercised its powers stipulated in the Listing Rules to lift the suspension on trading the Company’s shares starting from Wednesday 18/06/1441H corresponding to 12/02/2020G.
