In reference to The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announcement on 17/10/1439H, corresponding to 01/07/2018G, regarding the suspension of trading the shares of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (The Company), and to the Company’s announcement on 24/10/1440 H corresponding to 27/06/2019 G regarding the annual financial results of 31/03/2018 that includes Disclaimer of opinion and to the Company’s announcement on 27/10/1440H, corresponding to 30/06/2019G regarding its non-compliance with announcing the following financial statements:
- First Quarter ending in 30/06/2018
- Second Quarter ending in 30/09/2018
- Third Quarter ending in 31/12/2018
- Annual ending in 31/03/2019
During the specified period mentioned in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H, corresponding to 27/12/2017G.
Tadawul announces the continuing trading suspension of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company’s shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange in accordance to the Listing Rules approved by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H, corresponding to 27/12/2017G until the company announces its financial statements and treatment of Disclaimer of opinion.
