What is the Fund? |
An open-end mutual fund that invests in companies that are listed in Saudi "Nomu - Parallel Market". In addition, the fund manager is allowed to invest a maximum of 75% of the fund's net assets value in small and medium cap companies' shares that are listed in main market. Besides, fund can invest in units of listed public funds that are licensed by Saudi Capital Market Authority (including the funds that are managed by the fund manager). In addition to the ability of investing available cash in term deposits in Saudi Riyal in licensed Saudi banks, where all investments to be compatible with Shariah guidelines that approved by the fund's Shariah committee.

The Fund is primarily designed to maximize capital through growing up the capital via achieving an absolute return in the long term.

Investment Strategy: |
The Fund invests in the followings: |
- Up to 100% of the fund's NAV in Companies that are listed Nomu – parallel market. - Up to 75% of the fund’s NAV in Small and Medium Cap companies that are listed in the main market. - Up to 50% of the fund's NAV may be invested in low risk, highly liquid Saudi Riyal instruments. - Up to 50% of the fund's NAV can invest in mutual funds that are licensed by CMA.
- All investments to be compatible with Shariah guidelines that approved by the fund's Shariah committee.
