Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Al Maather REIT for the financial period ending on 31 December 2019, as follows:
1.Total amount of distributed dividends is SAR 38,049,400
2.The cash distribution to be based on 61,370,000 units.
3.Distributed dividend per unit is 0.62 SAR. Which represents 6.20% of the initial unit price.
4.Cash distribution represents %6.39 of Net Assets Value as of Tuesday 31/12/2019, corresponding to 05/05/1441 H.
5.The eligibility of dividends will be to the unit holders who are registered in the unitholder register by the closing of Monday, 2020/03/23 corresponding to 1441/07/28H (end of trading day, Thursday, 2020/03/19 corresponding to 1441/07/24H)
6.Distributions will be paid within 15 days from the eligibility date.
Fund Manager would like to remind unit holders to update their information with the banks, to ensure that their dividends are deposited directly in their accounts.
