Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (2,666,850,000) detailed as follow:

1.    Increase in issuance 2023-08-08 (Tadawul code: 5332) by SAR 1,999,150,000 to reach a total of SAR 11,869,758,000.
2.    Increase in issuance 2020-02-15 (Tadawul code: 5284) by SAR 667,700,000 to reach a total of SAR 15,279,501,000.

 
Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 23/11/2023.
