Impact Capital Company has requested the approval to amend its business profile by cancelling the Advising activity. The CMA approved the amendment of the Business Profile of Impact Capital Company by cancelling the activity of Advising. Impact Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Managing Private Non-Real-Estate Investment Funds, Managing Sophisticated Investor Portfolios, and Arranging activities in the securities business.
