Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announces an update of the terms and conditions of Osool & Bakheet IPO Trading Fund Sharia Compliant as of 10/05/1445H corresponding to 23/11/2023G. A summary of the main updated items are as follows: script is added to clause 21.H as follow:

“The fund may invest in securities issued by fund manager, as long as, stock selection criteria applies, and within underlying investment universe. Conflict of interest procedures shall apply and investment in securities issued by fund manager is subject to pre-approval from fund board.”
