Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announces an update of the terms and conditions of Osool & Bakheet Parallel Market Equity Trading Fund as of 05/01/1446H corresponding to 11/07/2024G. A summary of the main updated items are as follows:

“The benchmark index has been changed from the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) to the OBIC Parallel Market Trading Sharia Compliant Index, provided by IdealRatings. As a result of this change, the fund will incur benchmark preparation expenses payable to the service provider amounting to 15,000 SAR annually.”
