Announcement from the Saudi Exchange Regarding the Suspension of Trading the Share of Makkah Construction and development Company

In reference to the Saudi Exchange announcement dated on 19/04/1444H corresponding to 13/11/2022G. And due to Makkah Construction and development Company non-compliance with announcing its financial statements for the period ending on 2022/30/09G (nine months) during the specified period. The trading of the share will be suspended again starting from Tuesday 19/05/1444H corresponding to 13/12/2022G until the company announces its financial statements applying.
