Referring to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announcement on 04/11/1441H, corresponding to 25/06/2020G to suspend trading of National Commercial Bank Shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange starting from Thursday 04/11/1441H, corresponding to 25/06/2020G upon the Bank’s request as it will announce a material development.
The Bank announced on 04/11/1441H, corresponding to 25/06/2020G the (material development), and therefore, the Saudi Stock Exchange(Tadawul) has exercised its powers stipulated in the Listing Rules to lift the suspension on trading the Bank’s shares starting from Sunday 07/11/1441H, corresponding to 28/06/2020G.
