Referring to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announcement on 24/02/1442H, corresponding to 11/10/2020G to suspend trading the shares of Samba Financial Group on the Saudi Stock Exchange starting from Sunday 24/02/1442H, corresponding to 11/10/2020G upon the Group's request as it will announce a material development.
The Group announced on 24/02/1442H, corresponding to 11/10/2020G the (material development), and therefore, the Saudi Stock Exchange(Tadawul) has exercised its powers stipulated in the Listing Rules to lift the suspension on trading the Group's shares starting from Monday 25/02/1442H, corresponding to 12/10/2020G.
