Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed

Saudi Tadawul Group has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of (10,411,700,000) SAR detailed as follow:

1. Increase in issuance 2020-07-15 (Tadawul code: 5303) by SAR 3,950,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 18,360,000,000.
2. Increase in issuance 2021-06-10 (Tadawul code: 5311) by SAR 6,461,700,000 to reach a total of SAR 11,111,700,000.

Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Sunday 11/07/2021.
