Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed

Saudi Tadawul Group has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of (11,713,000,000) SAR detailed as follow:
1. Increase in issuance 07-01-2021 (Tadawul code: 5306) by SAR 3,889,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 10,604,000,000.
2. Increase in issuance 10-03-2021 (Tadawul code: 5309) by SAR 7,824,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 12,787,800,000.
Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Sunday 25/04/2021.
