Following the announcement for Osool & Bakheet Investment Company published on (26/04/1444 H,) corresponding to (20/11/2022 G). The Fund Manager would like to clarify the unitholders that these distributions are interim pay out related to the nine-month period ending on 30/09/2022 after exclusion of Zakat, and the fund manager will endeavor to move towards a semi-annual dividend in the coming period accordance with cash flows, the fund manager expects the dividend of the remaining period of the year will be distributed during March and the semi-annual dividend during September each year and this will be announced in due course
