Osool & Bakheet Investment company announces that the Board of Directors has approved on 09/05/1445H corresponding to 23/11/2023G, the resignation of Mr. Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetari from the position as a member and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, where it will take effect from 12/05/1445H corresponding to 26/11/2023G. The reason for the resignation is due to private reasons.
The Board of Directors expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetari for his outstanding performance and great and appreciated efforts during his tenure as a member and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company and wished him continued progress and success.
The company will announce any developments regarding the position of the Chairman at the appropriate time, as well as the appointment of an alternate member to the vacant position, following approval from the Capital Market Authority.
1- Name of the resigned member: Mr. Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetari in his capacity as a member and Chairman of Board of Directors - Independent Member
2- The resignation submission date by the member to the Board of Directors is 09/05/1445H corresponding to 23/11/2023G and been accepted on the same date, the effective date 12/05/1445H corresponding to 26/11/2023G.
3- Reasons for resignation: private reasons
4- Membership starting date of the resigned member (from last board period): 23/05/1443H corresponding to 27/12/2021G
