The CMA Board of Commissioners issued its resolution on 12/02/1440 H corresponding to 21/10/2018 G to suspend the license granted to Maceen Capital Company to conduct Dealing as Principal, Underwriter, Investment Fund Management, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Arranging, Advising and Custody activities in the securities business due to its violations of the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations.
