Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. EGM held on  Thursday 30/06/2022 G has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Sunday 03/07/2022 G for Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 15.50 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Tuesday 05/07/2022 G.
