The Saudi Exchange announces that the fluctuation limits for Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co will be based on a share price of SAR 27.95

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. for EGM held on  Thursday 17/03/1444 H, corresponding to 13/10/2022 G has approved the company’s request for a capital reduction. Thus, the fluctuation limits for Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 27.95 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. 

Furthermore the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) will reflects shares reduction on investors’ portfolios, by Tuesday  22/03/1444 H, corresponding to 18/10/2022 G.

It should be noted that the company will remain suspended based on the Saudi Exchange announcement dated on 24/11/1443 H corresponding to 23/06/2022G.
