Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. EGM held on Sunday 29/05/2022G has approved the capital increase via right issuance. The fluctuation limits on Monday 30/05/2022G  for  Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 13.94  and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Thus,   Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. Rights will be deposited into applicable investor’s portfolios on Wednesday 01/06/2022G.
