National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia EGM held on Monday 16/05/2022G has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Tuesday 17/05/2022G for National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia will be based on a share price of SAR 27.25 and the outstanding orders will be canceled.  Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Thursday 19/05/2022G.
