Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. EGM held on  Tuesday 18/01/1444 H, corresponding to 16/08/2022 G has approved the company’s request for a capital reduction. Thus, the fluctuation limits for Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 32.45 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the company will be suspended as per the Listing Rules for two business days. Starting from Wednesday 19/01/1444 H, corresponding to 17/07/2022 G,  until the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) reflects  shares reduction on investors’ portfolios, lifting the suspension of trading will be end of  Thursday  20/01/1444 H, corresponding to 18/08/2022G
