Saudi Arabian Oil Co. EGM held on Monday 08/05/2023G has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Tuesday 09/05/2023G for Saudi Arabian Oil Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 32.55 and the outstanding orders will be canceled.  Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Thursday 11/05/2023G.
