United Wire Factories Co. EGM held on Wednesday 15/01/1445 H, corresponding to 02\08\2023 G has approved the company’s request for a capital reduction. Thus, the fluctuation limits for  United Wire Factories Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 29.70 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the company will be suspended as per the Listing Rules for two business days Starting from Thursday 16/01/1445 H , corresponding to 03\08\2023G, until the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) reflects shares reduction on investors’ portfolios, lifting the suspension of trading will be end of Sunday 19/01/1445 H, corresponding to 06\08\2023 G
