The Saudi Stock Exchange Performance Report – February 2019 At the end of February 2019 Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed at 8,492.70 points, decreased by 67.25 points 0.79% over the close of the previous month.
Highest close level for the index during the month was 8,633.33 point on 06/02/2019.
Total equity market capitalization at the end of February 2019 reached SAR 2,010.49 billion (US$ 536.13 billion), decreasing by 0.73% over the close of the previous month.
The total value of shares traded for the month of February 2019 reached SAR 47.00 billion (US$ 12.53 billion), decreasing by 31.09% over the previous month.
The total number of shares traded* reached 2.04 billion shares during the month of February 2019 compared to 2.89 billion shares traded for the previous month, a decrease of 29.53%.
The total number of transactions executed during February 2019 reached 1.80 million compared to 2.47 million trades for the month of January 2019, a decrease of 27.05%.
