The Naseej International Trading Co.  EGM held on Sunday 05/05/1442H, corresponding to 20/12/2020 has approved the company’s request for a capital reduction. Thus, the fluctuation limits for Naseej International Trading Co.  will be based on a share price of SAR 124.40 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the company will be suspended as per the Listing Rules for two business days. starting from Monday 06/05/1442H, corresponding to 21/12/2020G, until the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) reflects shares reduction on investors’ portfolios, lifting the suspension of trading will be end of Tuesday 07/05/1442H, corresponding to 22/12/2020G.
