National Building and Marketing Co. EGM held on Thursday 31/12/2020 has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Sunday 03/01/2021G for National Building and Marketing Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 457.40 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Tuesday 05/01/2021G.
