Saudi Fisheries Co. EGM held on Thursday 14/05/2020G has approved the capital increase via right issuance. The fluctuation limits on Sunday 17/05/2020G for Saudi Fisheries Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 16.20. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the company rights into the investor’s portfolios by Monday 08/06/2020G.
